Shipping Methods
All orders in stock will ship within 2 business days. We can ship your package to virtually any address within the Continental United States, excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. We apologize but we are currently unable to deliver to international locations. Our normal shipping method is via UPS ground and 2nd day air. Some products are available for next day shipping.
Oversized items will require an additional fee for shipping and handling charges, which is listed in the description of the product. Total shipping cost is calculated by adding the oversize fee to the base shipping cost at check out. Items ordered at the same time may be delivered separately.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges At Aunt Jean’s Toys & Treats your satisfaction is guaranteed. You can return an item within 15 calendar days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price in the form of store credit on an Aunt Jean’s Gift Card. We regret shipping costs are not refundable. Returned merchandise must be sent to us prepaid. Please remember all returned merchandise must be new and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards. You will need to enclose your order/invoice number and/or a copy of your e-mail with your return.
